As a family run business we pride ourselves on providing a personal shopping experience to our customers. If you have been in-store or purchased online and your are not happy about your item, come in and see us and tell us why? Or drop us a phone call its much easier to deal with concerns directly.

We aim to meet our customers expectations and if we are not made aware of issues, or not given the opportunity to resolve them then we cannot give you the best service. With all our products we personally endorse them from having a country background for over 20 years. Sometimes things break or are faulty we get that. So, don't moan about it to others, get in touch with us, so we can discuss your concerns and resolve your faith in our products and customer service.
We only sell recommended brands, who also have great customer service, so if we need to go back to them you can be confident we have your back!
